Hopefully others will comment as well [I'm sure they will] but if I remember correctly this can now drag on and on into court. INCY hasn't "lost" on the patent issue... it just hasn't been dismissed in their favor. Company analyst meeting talked about this taking up to 18 months [Ughhhh]... I'll have to look at my notes to see exactly all the terminology. DAK
