Your Post Shows your ignorance -- Every Day both the SEC and the US Atty office take action based on 10b-5 -- --- that is based on both civil and criminal actions. Maybe you need another example - NY State has the Martin Act -- both civil and criminal actions may be launched based on the same statute. Obviously you are more stupid then I thought Doctor ! Hmm I see Blacks Law Dictionary is not good enough for you -- no Court has found it necessary to define what illegal means so I guess you will have to deal with it -- let's hear it doctor --- do you have a cite ?? didn't think so -- You are so out of your league here and I am wasting my valuable time on you.
