I sympathize with the Constitution which provides that no man will be tried twice for the same offense. It doesn't matter who it is, IMHO, it's wrong to try someone till you get them. Just like I agree that the Nation of Islam's Khalid Muhammad has a right to hold his "million man march" in New York, even though I think he is hateful, I agree with those who criticize the fed/state dual trials as representing double jeopardy.
