The company's website still states that there are only 7.5 million shares out, with 1/3 of that held by insiders. This first producing well will give Kiss a cash flow of over 1/2 million per year if she stays steady at 1 million cu feet per day, based upon a $2.25 per K feet gas price.

Now that they have a discovery, and now that they have a PR person in place, we should see a steady move.

1mm feet x 2.25/m = $2,250 per day x 365 = 821,250, x 70% = 574,875 per year / 7.5 million shares = 7.6 cents cash flow per share.

If they were to obtain 10 million feet per day in 18 months, that would be 76 cents per share if no further dilution. They could sell more shares, and drill quicker, but I have a feeling that is not their intention to do so at this low price.

If they get the price up with there new PR team, then mega more funds could be delivered with much less dilution.

Be patient, TA indicators look fair.
