Not that I expect to see Mill City go thru the roof anytime soon but there are a couple of items to keep in mind regarding the latest posts.

1. The options mentioned expired, therefor shares that were expected to be out, are not (3M of them). They were replaced by a 1M share PP, as far as dilution is concerned this is good not bad.

2. This company has a few hurdles to get over, # of shares outstanding, good looking properties are in Cuba, legal hassles with partners, etc. This will take some work.

3. I would suggest that a comment proposing what things will be like in this post Bre-X period should be left until we are actually POST Bre-X. That will be a while. The Freeport McMoran assays were fire assays, a deposit like the Busang will not show well under fire assay from what I understand. Once we see the results from an independant study using the appropriate techniques we may not have any particular POST Bre-X worries. Then again the Busang might be a crock, but I don't think so.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
