Bull, regarding IIR...

The slack trading is attributable on the one hand to the announcement eons ago that they were in talks to be acquired. Since that time there has been neither mention of it nor any meaningful PR. Company got really crushed in the downturn. By virtue of the cash hoard from the IPO they still have a decent balance sheet.

I bought a passel of shares just prior to the announcement of possible takeover. Have traded most of them away but still holding a significant position. FWIW i think the talks are ongoing thus mandating very little in the way of pr.

there are some mixed opinions about ansarry but bottom line is that he's likely to hold out for better fundamentals and a better price before he lets go of the company.

FWIW i'm holding on to my shares pending developments.
