Dear Doug: I think that he is saying all the rumours of INTC preannouncing better than expected earnins is just HOT AIR. Thats not to say they wont have better than expected earnings, its only to say that INTC will not be stampeded into making an announcement they are not required by SEC rules to make. JDN
