What are the "good news" that people are talking about? Could someone please give a hint? I kept reading about it, but no one cared to elaborate. Also, I would like to know what's SWMFC market cap, number of shares outstanding, the latest earnings report, and expect earnings for next quarter.

This is not a flame on SW, but I'm just curious. I've recently started to follow this stock. However, my friend told me to stay away from it. She said that the company's finance looks horrible and that they might be going out of business soon.
