Lynne,

Huizenga's style has always been to create more stock, and deal his transactions by way of stock. I would be surprised if STAY didn't follow the route of continuing to issue more stock by way of primarily buying more companies with it. This market has been a killer for his volatile companies, as they seem to become high fliers very quickly in more bullish atmospheres. Ultimately, if this company continues to grow and get profitable the way it appears it will do, all will be okay.

However, how big a role might have been played by the mention of extra shares is hard to say, but I suspect it would only affect the short haul here anyway.

All said and done, what do I know?:) Much more quiet on a lot of threads over the last few week or so....kind of like all in a state of shock.

Take care,

Marshall
