Chuck:

I am not surprised by the sharp pullback after the
rapid runup. I understand that it would take a little less
than 1 year to get the mine going again. Once tungsten
prices get to a certain level ($55/stu was mentioned)
the commitment would be made to start production.
A "stu" is 20 lbs, I believe. If all of this comes to pass,
I would expect to see this stock at $1.00, and then higher
as it approaches the production stage. We are seeing this
in other commodities, and I have a serious bet on Uranium as well.
Same story. Waiting for the favorable supply/demand situation
to be reflected in the metals prices.

By the way, these are the markets that really separate
the men from the boys as far as management goes. Too many
companies simply fold in hard times, while waiting for the
opportunities to come along. I am impressed that this one
has survived thus far. I have a few that have simply become
shells, and of course, destroyed my holdings as a shareholder.

Regards

Dan
