Loutenberg ain't running. Grant was in because he can't stand Whitless and that put the kibosh on her candidacy. Whitless won two narrow plurality victories against very weak opponents. There are better Republican candidates in the offing, including former Gov (Purrfect Together) Kean - the most popular pol in the state .
