While studying yesterday's press releases from both companies, I was struck by the close similarity of what was said, who said it and the style of each release. My news service shows the releases came out within one minute of each other (as does Yahoo). All a coincidence? Maybe, but it seems more likely than not to me that the two releases were coordinated by the lawyers at each company. IMO, and for whatever its worth (probably nothing <G>), I see this as a positive sign that communication between the parties is occurring which could eventually lead to a settlement.
