Loral is and always will be Bernard's company, he is 73. He is building it and will sell it on his terms. The intrinsic value with GSTRF in the mid 100's is about $75 beans for Loral and with the control premium, lower costs of capital, synergies schminergies, you start bidding at Bernard's age in 2003 and when it's all said and done maybe we can get $90.
