I do not know about any delays in launch caused by bankruptcy, but Hughes goal is to have as much finished (probably up to F7 or F8) by the end of the year. F1 just about ready, F2, F3 nearly done too. Sad to say, vendor parts problems caused virtually all delays. ICO may begin service with 5 to 8 satellites. LNA sensitivity is unbelievable. All other tests resulted in very good to excellent data.
