PBYP has rights to Pokeman for Carnivals and State Fairs. They have no rights to retail Pokemon to public. Their agreement is not even exclusive which means others will be able to sell Pokemon to State Fairs and Carnivals. Lets say PBYP has a costumer that buys a million dollars of merchandise for Carnivals or State Fairs. They have a budget and buy a million dollars of Low priced Trinkets as booby prizes. They are still going to buy the same million dollars of booby prizes. This means no additional revenue. Not only that but PBYP will not be able to get any revenue from Pokemon trinkets until next year. This actually can hurt them since State Fairs And Carnivals may hold back on the amount of Trinkets they buy from them until next year. Then there is the competition. They may also be getting non exclusive rights to sell Pokemon to State Fairs and Carnivals. So what happened? A bunch of fools ran in and bought the stock because CNBC and other reporters did a shabby job of reporting the Truth. Oct is creeping up and that will be Dooms Day for the common shareholders since the PBYP debt will renegotiated and will leave the common shareholders up to 85% diluted holding the bag. Check out their cheesy web site. pbyp.com . I feel like I am at the circus ever time I go there.
