If you want to see interesting info request a CRD disclosure on lets say...Bear Sterans and then get one on lets say.... Barron Chase Securities, and then look at how many Arbitration cases are filed against Bear Stearns( lots and lots ) and then look to see how many Bear has lost,almost none, yet the NASD claims that almost 50% of arbitrations result in awards to the customer, how can they claim that when it is obvious to the laymen that Bear stearns has no fera of losing because they have the NASD in their pocket. The NASD is the biggest scam in existance.
