i also think that this ipo is important for us all in our plans to get rich ..perhaps becoming rich is not the objective of everyone who owns this stock, im merely looking for an adequate return on my investment.. what i do want to know more about is this 90-115$ million price tag that they think they are going to get for it redwood, i suggest you do a little more homework before taking an equity position in any stock.. they company does not intednt to "get 90-115$" for the IPO... The investment agreement anticipates IPO proceeds of approximately $20 million to $25 million through the sale of 22% of Toys International. fron the companies 10QSB.. On July 20, 1999, the Company sold a 6.6% interest in its Toys subsidiary to two investors for $2.8 million in gross proceeds in a private transaction.The investors were an unaffiliated investment banking firm and CDMI Capital Corporation If the investment banker is willing to take an equity position which values the co. at approx. $45-50mil (for 20%-25% = $10 to $15mil).. I dont see why they will not get what they are aiming for $20 to $25 mil.. ..that is why i am impatient.. what to get rich quick? send me $100 bucks for my book, How to get People to send you $100 for a book Happy Trading, Israel
