Those of us who remain shareholders should begin thinking about forming an ad hoc shareholders' committee to start formulating a plan to offer the bankruptcy trustee. The value will still be there once the dust of the collapse has cleared; the detritus is what will need to be jettisoned. A re-organised, re-capitalised GPGI, with the Kurrent Kast of Keystone Kops removed, will be a viable entity.
