Thanks for addressing my last question with your very clear response.

Apparently I may conclude, then, that Arrowhead, the company, MAY suffer if it is proven that a majority of its directors acted wrongly in repudiating the Laird deal and forging a different amended agreement with UP.

However, at this point I'm not aware of actions that would make UP, the company, liable for damages. If I am in error, I would appreciate someone pointing out to me clearly and factually, where I am in error. Thanks guys.
