Hey David, you sound like you need your diappers changed. If you don't like the Jaz drive, just return it and buy yourself a syquest EZ flyer, I am sure that it will work alot better than the jaz drive (NOT). Furthermore, should you encounter any technical difficulties, I am sure that Syquest's technical support line will gladly help, for they have all the time in the world.

Just because you encountered a problem does not give you the right to trash the company. Afterall, all these computer magazines are not giving Iomega products their heighest ratings on Pure "HYPE." Just like any company on any given day, they are likely to encounter problems, especially if the porduct is new and a little consumer education is required. May be that is what it was meant when someone suggested that the Jaz is not for everyone. Furthermore, remember Window's '95, I don't recall smooth sailing when the product was first released. Heck, if I recall correctly, there was also long wait on their tech line. I am sure that your problem could have been addressed by some technically savy person and would not have required the support line hassle. I get the impression that as soon as you encountered a problem you picked up the phone. Does this clearify why someone challenged you that they would be able to get the Jaz drive to work on their machine?
