He needs to ship out his hair samples to have tests done for Arsenic poisoning.

They did the very same thing with strands of hair from Napoleon in an attempt to prove he was poisoned by Arsenic while in exile on St. Helena.

I heard they used a urine sample which potentially can be tainted.
