Tim: Please read my response to Roger regarding price interpretation. As to you question in Elliott Wave, it is a BIG topic in technical analysis, and I don't want to take up valuable air time to explain it to you. You best bet, I believe, is to to go the bookstore or library and do some research. I have been using this tool for over twenty years, and it gives me valuable signals in long- or short-term trading.
