The private placement has been discussed on the ragingbull board for some time, with the information apparently based on calls to blls investor relations. For example:

Chas is right.

The private placement is being offered in terms of $50K blocks and a cutoff of 9-24. However, that does not mean there will not be additional cutoffs. The company is seeking $10-15 MM (equity only, based on a 10 day moving average of closing prices), initially with an offer of warrants, but any major player could seek more favorable terms. The $10-12 mil should be raised by late September or early October, 1999.

A small cap listing will likely follow shortly thereafter, possibly in October IMHO.

Also, I was apparently mistaken on the charge to customers. I do not understand the logic, but I read the article.

BLLS is poised to strike, but it will make no money for a long time. That does not mean the stock price won't move up well in advance.

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)

Its a pretty good board.
