tech2000, I went through both sides of the filings in the MSFT-DOJ findings of fact submission. Boy, the two sides are so acrimonious and so divided, I can't bet on a settlement any time soon. Have you looked at the filings?. You were the one talking about a possible settlement soon. But what is your feeling after reading the new filings?
