NMPS has huge share dilution. In April they filled to sell 3.094 million shares for $4 million. In addition a S filing on 6/8/99 indicates that insiders are plannig to sell an additional 3.114 million shares in open market transactions. The news was without any content. Why didnt they name the proteins in the test. This news was let out in order to create demand for selling these shares. Beware. PRIVATE PLACEMENT In April 1999, the Company completed a private placement of 3,094,965 shares of Common Stock for an aggregate selling price of approximately $4 million.
