QCOM pulled the plug because the buyout 'revoked' the original contract. You bet you that QCOM is sitting there trying to dream up their very best in revoking all the liscenses. Now that the cows have come home - all nations have signed up on CDMA, including China a few months ago - would sure be nice to turn this into a monopoly! I know some will settle for 1% 2% 'royalties', but personally I'll rather have the whole she-bang if I can. patrick
