Good news. It looks like they have added about 2,500 subscribers since mid-May. Factoring in the shares issued in the April private placement, there are about 10,905,188 shares outstanding. At Friday's close, each of their subscribers is being valued at approximately $337 each. This is the going rate for subscribers in private transactions. Compare the $337 to these U.S. public valuations:
