CM, Sorry I'm not really quite sure what they referred to. I asked when will LUMM be going on the NASDAQ. I was informed of the eligibility requirements and that on the 30th day when eligible, LUMM will be filing. Wouldn't they have to do both in order to get on the NASDAQ? I'm not educated on the details regarding filing for NASDAQ so I'm not sure what exactly was going to be filed. I was just concerned that there were plans to do so. After confirming that, I thought that was it. I guess I will clear that up on my visit there on the 24th of this month. I'll let you know if no one has posted it at that time. Would you happen to know if it was a requirement to file financials with the SEC to get on the NASDAQ? If so, I would assume they would.
