I was very impressed with the market reaction to what I regard as lukewarm news. Biolabs (BILB:OTC) is much further along in their JV with Biotherapies/Mammastatin Research Institute.

The world needs simple breast cancer diagnosis and certainly the market has indicated that it is aware of that fact, given the action of the last few days. I was encouraged to see this as I am a shareholder in another company that is further along in its protein based technology than this is. The protein, mammastatin, is being developed as a screening/diagnostic but the protein is also being used in an emergency drug release program as a therapeutic after a successful compassionate protocol conducted in 1996/97.
The MD Anderson is currently conducting Phase I/II trials on dose optimization and efficacy of Mammastatin. Mammastatin was given to 29 women in the compassionate protocol and over 70% responded positively. Those 29 women were end-stage patients with life expectancies of 2-4 months and some are continuing the treatment through the EDR program today over 2 years later.
the website is biolabs.com and there is a discussion forum here at SI
I am hoping for big news from Biolabs soon and feel very confident after seeing Matritech perform so well.
