..oh, and one more thing I left out.. has to keep selling shares to stay in business that statement is false.. PLCO from time to time may be selling shares for the purpose of expanding the company, (building new stores, e-commerce websites, etc.) not to stay in business as you put it.. and though dilutive, building shareholder value through expansion/growth should be a central focus for all small cap companies, after all we do want to perhaps become a bigger (cap) company.. yes? Perhaps equity financing is something you've never heard of? Happy Trading, Israel
