KM, don't short this stock. Arba is actually a better short, if you wanted to short somebody in software (I wouldn't right now). The biggest negative for any of the enterprise software new issues are the hungry larger players such as Sap and Orcl. They all already have purchasing apps ready to go but not Agile's offering. I think agil will double from here pretty soon too. Heres a related article - forbes.com
