I don't see anything bad in todays news release. The exercise
price of the expired warrant is 42 cents while the stock was trading
in the 25-28 cents range. It is obvious that those warrants will be allowed to expire.

Also, someone paid 35 cents for 1 million units of a stock that has just traded as low as 26 cents. That is a bullish sign in my book.
Average price for the recent issue is 38 cents, that is including the
one-half share purchase warrants. This is one and a half times the current market price. These are all good signs. Of course beauty, as they say, is in the eyes of the beholder......Wole
