What do you guys know about Sept 22, meeting to increase number of shares outstanding? SEC filing indicates could be used to prevent buy-out. They just signed lease for 160,000 sq ft building that isn't going to be completed until 12-2000. Sounds like long term planning for something. Anybody know anything? Chart looks very interesting, combine all other facts, smells like something good.
