Gao; RE> was watching the World's Greatest Conspiracies last night on The History Channel, and one of them was that the start of the CIA was from the leftovers interlligence agencies of the Nazis.
That was a good program they put on, it made sense at the time
to the OSS soon to be CIA who were so paranoid of Russia take in the Nazi agency who already had a spy network setup in Russia.

The Divisian's among other things were likely used as guina pigs
to test out some new CIA stuff too.

Looks like Pete had some integrity , and was at odds with what
Sage & Jamar were trying to pull off, ( did pull off )
I'm convinced their tactics were calculated to keep David from
coming out.
Sage & Jamar had come to realize if David surrendered then it would
be hard to find an excuse to burn the complex down.
I also think that about March 14 the realization of just how bad the tables would turn on them ( and it hit them )
if the News Media did get a close up
of the complex also if all the Davidians came out,
their stories would reveal to much of the truth.
I think by March 14th the ATF/FBI plan was forming
among some of the upper echelon taht they had to

In an early morning conversation SCHNEIDER suggests federal
agents might burn the compound down to destroy evidence.
KORESH and SCHNEIDER are both "highly agitated and upset"

Mark RICHARD, the deputy assistant attorney general representing
ENO, holds meetings in Waco and San Antonio to look into
Waco officials' infighting.
"JAMAR" appears to me to be at the heart of that infighting,
and this is what really screws up the pressure on them to
to END things.
Higgins screwed things up to start with but Jamar looks to
have turned out to be the leader most anxious to be
responsible for the plan that slaughtered all those kids.
