I do not know much about this stock or their business model.. But I can tell you their food is good.. My cousin supplies Lobsters to their Florida locations... I've eaten at their place in Orlando on Semoron Blvd, had the Broiled Seafood Platter... MMMMhmmm!!! Some good eatin'...<gg> Good Luck.. C P.S.
