Well the good news is that he replied promptly, today (Saturday) instead of Monday as expected. The reply itself was typical: "I will forward your request to the proper personnel who can provide answer(s)." I often wonder what Rick's job really is. He's sort of like a receptionist who simply forwards messages. Bet he gets paid more than a receptionist. Piper
