Large blocks often go off above, below, and at the ask price.

MMs accumulate shares and sell to a buyer. The buyer of large blocks don't care about small fluctuations in price as they are usually in for a long term investment. When large blocks are executed on the Nasdaq they don't seem to affect the price either up or down, unlike the NYSE. I would take large block buying as a pretty bullish signal for Neo. I averaged in as Neo bottomed at $8 for 5000 shares. I hope patience is rewarded! Remember: ALL TRANSACTIONS have a buyer and a seller. MM's are not investors. They make their money on the spread. Some are just more scrupulous than others.
