We have released a new beta version of QCharts - 2.5 build 5 - that corrects some items introduced with new features in 2.5 build 4. We also added some functionality in the CyberX direct-access trading interface. You can download and install the new version by running GetQChartsBeta.exe if you have it around. Otherwise it is available at the beta page: qcharts.com Changes in QCharts 2.5 build 5: Charts: + The Open tick on Bars is back to the way it was before build 4 - one pixel less than the close tick. + Compressed Candles don't pile up on each other when the chart is compressed - now the candle bodies get thinner as they did before build 4. + Histogram line plots (Volume, MACD, etc) draw precise rectangles instead of rounded lines. Misc: + Alerts are only evaluated when the selected field changes, fixing a bug where alerts could go off when a change occurred in another field. + The bug where field names from Time & Sales and Bar displays were showing up as the workspace symbol is now fixed. CyberX direct access trading: + Crashed caused by stopping QCharts while attached to CyberX - fixed + Added more CyberX options: The View - Preferences - Online trading dialog now has an Options button. The Options button allows you to edit additional preferences for CyberX: o Enable or disable CyberX use of QCharts data stream o CyberX Default Trade Methods can be pre-specified.
