I did not get offended, however I follow the comments and due diligence of those people involved with HVAR. I sometimes see that an individual makes a comment/statement, without any facts, and if you are an investor in this company, it has an impact on not only current investors, but also future ones.

I have hear of Ira and if there are current activities with this person and HVAR, I would be concerned. I will investigate this when I have a chance.

However, I reviewed many issues regarding HVAR and I have had personal conversations with the CEO. I asked questions which would tell if a person is trying to make up stories. This CEO is real and he is working to make HVAR a successful investment.

As the CEO has significant amount of shares, he is motivated to perform. His talks with me, early in the year, concerning his long range plans are coming together. He has been wrong on the delivery/timing of his plans, but the direction holds true.

If the CEO wished to scam investors, he could have done this many ways without all this hard work in opening up stores and e-commerce. As no investment in any company can be a sure winner, we must depend on the expertise of the management. We expect that if he does a good job in running his operations, the sales and earnings will increase. This will then lead to profits. Profits will drive the share price well over a dollar, however, I would look for this in the first quarter, 2000.

I will let you know what I discover. I look forward to your thoughts and comments.
