Do you really believe Amati has no business plan? Their chairman of the board is Jim Gibbons, former dean of Stanford's School of Engineering, and member of several world-class boards, including Cisco's; one of the board members is Don Lucas who founded National Semiconductor and financed Oracle, Cadence Systems, and many others; Jim Steenbergen has been CEO of several large companies before coming to Amati; and Ron Carlini has been writing business plans for so many years he can do them in his sleep and his attention to detail is legendary.
