I love carrying on a conversation with myself> For those who follow this thread, this bit of info may be helpful. Mr. Gillette, the CEO, called me back this afternoon. He was a hell of a lot nicer over the phone the Neil Rand. Here's the deal. NUZA recently issued 2.5 million shares to take care of some debt and to finance the new restaurants that opened. This has increase shareholder euity rather than diluted the shares. They are opening 1 store in Indonesia in September. They are also negotiating to acquire two small chains in the mid-west. There are 2 lawsuite presently filed with claims against the company. Mr. Gillette said he believes they will come out of these on top. He is going to send me there last few quarterly reports. They will have details on the lawsuites, assets, debt, etc.. I will post the information when I receive it. I feel a bit more comfortable with the company's prospects now. I'm waiting for the quarterly reports. that's all for now. later, milli
