Bart - I believe that the success of any venture or investment for that matter rests in your expectation. You then invest accordingly. Bill Gates thinks of on-line as something as big as network tv today and like Hearst in the magazine business 50 years ago wants to dominate all distribution and maybe even what you see and think. So, Microsoft is investing toward that expectation. In addition, Microsoft has to invest alot of money to make any kind of impact to their size. They are big so they have to think and invest big. Sanctuary Woods is little, we think and invest toward what will grow our business and make us bigger. But, we invest according to our size. We also invest toward the opportunity today. We do not see on-line in the same way as Bill Gate's has to. We see it as yet another distribution channel and medium on which to distribute our content. To us it is the transition from 8-bit to 16-bit to 32-bit to.... Its another platform that will allow us to create new content and distribute it in a new way. As such we are investing in it as we would invest in any new technology platform. And, I don't think you have any choice. I think you have to be on-line in some form or fashion. Those who are abandoning their efforts had a bigger vision of the net than the net could possibly deliver. Further, they most likely saw it as replacing static media; probably overnight! If you do browse around our site, you will notice that you can download ProPacks for a fee and these ProPacks update and allow you to customize your CDROM product. We are selling content on-line and enriching and transforming what is a static medium, i.e. the CDROM. Our strategy is to take this to a new level in future product releases so that the complexity of the content and experience that you can download that will change your CDROM experience will be higher. Ultimately I would expect that all of our content will be on-line but I don't know what year that is. If broadband were widespread, it might be now. We will have our own on-line store shortly, but we will spend less on that than we do MDF at most retailers and we will probably get as much or more back; most likely at higher margin. Remember, the cost of technology and communications is going down fast and the availability of reliable systems for the net is going up fast. This is good for company's like ours as long as we do not invest too far ahead of the curve. In short, we do not have to be all that successful in order to make money on the net. If we are successful, it will be very profitable for us.
