Deena Energy (DNG - ASE)

I hear Deena Energy is working on a joint venture agreement with a major Japanese oil company (Idemitsu) for a concession block offshore N.Vietnam.... could be interesting. Canadian production is around 1800 BOE and 1997 exit estimated cash flow at $0.30/shr. The stock trades at $0.55. Anyone interested?
