IMO, he just makes it up as he goes along. Have you ever met a true delusional paranoid? I did once. He tried to hire me to prove the validity of his very elaborate scenarios. [Among other things, secret gov't agents, disguised as utility workers, were bombarding his brain with mood-altering energy beams.]
When I told him I couldn't help him, and suggested he seek out psychological help, I became, to him, another one of the evil conspirators.

It should be most interesting to watch his theories mutate as the stock continues to fall.
