Hi Ibexx,

The symbol they are using now is X.TEM. This is either a temporary symbol or they have named it after me <g>. Also, I should have included the following:

Rambus Inc. has granted Intel Corp. a warrent to purchase one million common shares at an exercise price of $10 per share.

According to the filing, the warrent becomes exercisable upon the achievement of certain milestones, which will result in a CHARGE TO RAMBUS' STATEMENT OF OPERATIONS for the excess of the item value over the exercise price.
