If anyone wants to write a response to your response, it should be Christopher Hodgkin, to whom Steve posted. Christopher & Steve post to each other all the time, on various threads, and, so far as I have observed, always in a civilized way. It is for Christopher to say whether he regarded Steve's post, which so outraged you, as an "attack," done, furthermore, with the use of "typical guerrilla tactics", by "jumping in unexpectedly," and "slashing and burning," and "then running away back to his hidy-hole."
