This question was asked of me a number of times and is something you may want to consider. Why would an active trader ever open an account at either MB Trading or The Executioner, two of the twenty plus "partially independent?" branch offices of Terra Nova Trading, when one can open an account at Terra Nova Trading terranovatrading.com directly?

If one was a very active trader, would not the odds of getting a special low rate with Terra Nova Trading be much greater than with one of its branch offices that have costs to be a branch of Terra Nova Trading? The Executioner branch on it's web page shows pass through fees on ECN's that Terra Nova Trading does not charge for. Those fee's can add up quickly for aggressive traders. Also the fact that Terra Nova Trading and Townsend Analytics are located next to each other in the same Chicago office building at 100 South Wacker Drive, would lead one to believe that Terra Nova Trading customers would have quicker access to Townsend programmers if needed than their partially independent branch offices in other states? (if they were not partially independent, why are they not all called Terra Nova? why different rate plans?)
