I've stopped posting here, but today I just can't resist -- your post is just too funny.

When an insider of a wildly successful, high cap company sells a minor fraction of their inside stake to buy a large, comfy home, that's understandable. Takes nearly a million bucks to live comfortably these days if your company is located in Silicon Valley.

But when directors and officers of a small, thinly capitalized company hold a clearance sale on their shares, it screams "ENDGAME".

If I were long GRIN right now, I'd feel like a passenger on an airplane, looking out the window to see the pilot and co-pilot drifting gently earthward, their parachutes billowing open in the wind, as I notice the nose of the plane beginning to tilt ever so slightly downward......
