Thanks for that information--I wasn't aware of that. I will question Lajuanda Holder, CWEI's Director of Investor Relations to find out what the story is.

In regards to CWEI today--I saw an article in the Motley Fool that spoke of a refocus on Cash Flow--if there is a refocus on Cash Flow, CWEI with a Cash Flow of $5.18 in 1996 and only selling at 2.4 times Cash Flow should be able to do better.

I'll post what I get back from Lajuanda regarding Riggs and Latham selling.
