Vector Energy and IT Development are pooling their respective resources and talents to grow ezServ into the Internet's premier provider of automated in-bound / out-bound systems as further described in this web site.
ezServ.net exists to match Seekers with Fulfillers. Using proprietary "Automated In-Bound / Out-Bound" technology, ezServ.net is a very convenient way for Seekers to hook up with Fulfillers. Seekers can be individuals or companies that have a particular need. Fulfillers can be individuals or companies that are ready, willing, and able to meet those needs. And ezServ.net makes it all happen.
ezServ.net is all about service. It uses technology to fill one of society's most fundamental needs: interaction between people who need something and people who can satisfy those needs. Even though ezServ.net does utilize advanced technology, the technology is not the emphasis. Our goal is to make the technology transparent to the users. We want Seekers to take it for granted that ezServ.net can quickly and efficiently match their requests with carefully selected Fulfillers in virtually any industry or skill set. We want users to take it for granted that in some cases within minutes of placing an order; their e-mail in-box will start receiving "Yes" mails from Fulfillers who are ready, willing, and able to get the job done.
Here is how it works:
IBOB can receive input from a variety of channels; including web sites, e-mail, and touch-tone telephone. We are working on adding Optical Character Recognition for in-bound faxes and speech recognition for voice. Thus, Seekers can let ezServ.net know what they want in many ways, all with an emphasis on utility and convenience for the user.
Once the Seeker places the order, ezServ.net's match-making skills come into play. A chain of events is triggered that starts with formatting and standardizing the Seeker's order and adding it to the active jobs queue. Next, based on the job location, deadline, skill requirements, and any special instructions, ezServ.net starts looking for potential fulfillers. We search our extensive database for fulfiller candidates who (1) are geographically proximate to the job, (2) are available to meet the deadline, and (3) possess the necessary skills. This list of candidates represents the "pool" of potential fulfillers that will be invited by ezServ.net to fill the Seeker's request.
Once the candidate pool is identified, IBOB sets about the task of contacting them to alert them to the fact that a job is available to them. Each candidate is electronically contacted in each communication channel available to him. This could include phone, fax, e-mail, digital pager, alpha pager, cell phone, and other options. IBOB "broadcasts" the invitation to all the candidates within seconds of receiving the job from the Seeker.
Each candidate then decides for himself whether or not to respond. Candidates know that jobs are claimed on a first-come first-served basis, and that if they consistently fail to respond to job invitations, they will be dropped from ezServ.net's Fulfiller database. Just as IBOB can dispatch out-bound broadcasts in multiple channels, it can also accept in-bound responses in multiple channels. So Fulfillers can claim jobs via touch-tone telephone, web site, e-mail, or fax.
As soon as a Fulfiller claims a Seeker's job, the Seeker is automatically notified by IBOB. The Seeker is contacted in the channel(s) he specified when the order was placed (these can include any combination of pager, e-mail, fax, or telephone).
First, you will set yourself up as a Fulfiller, and select an industry in which to belong.
Next, you add yourself as a Seeker ... someone who requires the services of a Fulfiller in a particular industry.
Then you will actually place a live demo order. When the order entry process has been completed, the ezServe automation system springs into action, kicking off processes which match Seekers and Fulfillers.
If you placed an order in an industry in which you also defined yourself as a Fulfiller, you will be sent an email message with instructions about the order. You can follow the link specified in the email message to claim the order. This action triggers another automatic email, which is sent to the job's Seeker. Thus, the ezServe demo system is a completely operating live model of the actual proposed system. In the production system, there will be additional notification options (such as fax and CTI outbound ability), more powerful servers and larger capacity bandwidth connections.
